It is my intention as a Nutritional Therapist to nourish and restore the body from the inside out. Nutritional Therapy allows the body to use its innate intelligence to utilize the nutrients found in whole foods to reestablish balance. There are no magic shakes, pre-boxed meals or meal replacement bars – you eat real, whole foods.
High quality supplements are recommended on an individual basis and are determined through NAQ results, a Functional Evaluation and Lingual-Neuro Testing.
I believe everyone is uniquely created. You have your own unique dietary needs. It is my goal to work with you to understand your needs and your goals in order to offer realistic and personalized solutions for your nutrition and health concerns. As a Nutritional Therapist, I am trained to evaluate nutritional needs and make recommendations of dietary changes and nutritional supplements. Nutritional therapy is designed to improve health, not treat any specific disease or medical condition. I am not trained to provide a medical diagnoses.
I am certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I work one-on-one with clients in person, over the phone and online. As a Balanced Bites Masterclass Practitioner and a Certified 21 Day Sugar Detox® Coach, I offer The 21 Day Sugar Detox® and 5-week RESTART® Program several times a year.
