  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 5 cups oatmeal
  • 1 ½ tsp real vanilla
  • 2 T melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

 

*Mix dates and cashews in food processor. Add water as needed. Stir in oatmeal, vanilla, coconut oil and cinnamon. Divide in half. Mix chocolate chips into half of mixture. Roll mixture into balls. Store in the refrigerator.
